Create several compositions using the technique of layering in riso printing, showcasing the importance of authenticity and inner depth rather than focusing solely on outer appearance and superficialities

“‘Nice to Meet You’ are riso prints with two editions. One with mostly pink version, and one with three dimensional feature. The greeting line is featured in darkish blue as the focal point, while upon closer inspection, viewers will notice small bright pink text in the Futura font, serving as the ‘fine print’. The concept of the prints revolves around the idea of first impressions of outer appearance, these prints challenge viewers to look beyond surface-level greetings and consider the nuanced characteristics that shape individuals' identities. This collection encourages a deeper understanding of people beyond their outward appearance. what lies beneath the surface? In the Chinese typeface print, "Authentic reflection", those chinese character mean ‘Allow your work to reflect your authentic personality.’ By using a confident and positive tone, ‘Authentic Reflection’ celebrates the journey towards self-discovery, encourage artists to embrace their true selves and add their work with authenticity because each print serves as a mirror. Through elegant curve of Chinese typeface and symbolic gradient shape, positioned at the heart of the composition, the character ‘我’ (‘me’) symbolises the importance of taking balance of personal identity and self-awareness in navigating societal expectations.”
