This painting was created with materials given to me by my Nonna who was a seamstress in Italy. My Nonna donated her unused fabrics to me so I could repurpose them into fine art. I have found comfort in textiles because they are soft and fluid. The move with the wind, the body, and the environment. They adapt to their conditions. I want to be more like textiles.
