Velvet Rain

This work focuses on process and spontaneity in coherence with nature and the use of color. The left piece was created out of contact with the right through a sliding motion, forming an abstract relationship between the two and their imitation of rainfall. Additionally, the rich, velvet colors aim to soothe and calm the viewer in its unusual depiction as rain.
