Human caused climate change was my influence for this artwork. The soft green and blue colours that I used in this painting are symbolic of the earth and naturally occurring colours we might find in the environment. The pattern created looks almost like a birds-eye-view of a farmers field. Overlaying are large areas of red and brown oil paint. I associate these areas as a representation of the devastation that humanity has inflicted upon the environment.
