For many people, being home alone after a long and tiring day may not be as relaxing as we expect, in fact, it can be a time of irritability and anxiety. This leads to a vicious cycle of decreased sleep quality, irritability and inability to control our thoughts, which can further affect our mental health.MindStone is made for this kind of situation. It’s a device that guides people to breathe deeply and meditate through light and vibration. Perhaps having trouble concentrating while meditating? Just relax and feel the vibrations of the MindStone in the palm of your hand, as well as a variety of colors changing regularly in front of the eyes, which will take away all your thoughts and bring you peace.
