Invisible is a photographic visual essay by Helio Eudoro. Through self-portraiture the artist explores the complex layers of visibility and forms of cultural exclusion through the lens of sexuality, body image, diaspora and aging

“The work endeavours to acknowledge people who don’t fit into mainstream society and the subtle and not so subtle layers of social and moral discrimination they endure. From minorities to differently sexed to the old, society doesn’t see them as important, productive contributors. As they go unnoticed, the process of human objectification begins. They become expendable pieces that make up the composition of our urban scene”
