Denial

Denial ring is a ring that has referenced the form of the playground facility, roundabout. It was inspired by the sideways movement of the headshake which is similar to the clockwise movements of the roundabout.

“Denial is the first stage of grief. Have you ever denied a fact or a person in your life? I, as the maker, have. It starts when I can no longer bear the trauma that that person has brought into my life, and the pain and emotional changes that I felt deep down. Denial happens when the situation forces one to face or resolve paradoxes while one’s mentality is still struggling in grief.”
