Accessiblity Awareness Project

I am a designer that likes to experiment with all sorts of things but mostly, I like to critique the world of web designing. In my latest research, I realized that in most of the projects I have done, I like to think of how the world works, things that need to be improved or how I see things in my perspective, and change them for the better. This is why web designing lacks many features that make a win-win situation for everyone. These features include captions, alt text, colour contrast, buttons, links, and images. Just by tweaking your website, you can change so many user experiences. Web templates are oversimplified because what you get is what you think is enough; adding the elegant, cursive font and little text. Truthfully, fancy is not functionality. I want people to have excellent experiences when going through the web. You can have the best design of all the websites and the worst accessibility in the universe and vice versa. My way of thinking is to brainstorm how certain things can be made for change. I want people to understand why website accessibility is vital for both abled and disabled people. As a designer, I want to change the stigma that websites are gone downhill. There are specific guidelines that ADA and WCAG have to be accessibly compliant. From the biggest laptop screen to the smallest phone, websites must be accessible.
