Obliteration

“Obliteration” is a project developed from a semiotic and graphic design perspective. The designers merge two parallel modes of segmentation in an intriguing way: firstly, a physical segmentation, where the elements of the image are visualized through the chemical and material composition of the light bulb, and secondly, a content segmentation, where the six series represent the meaning of the image in turn, through the relevance of the Wikipedia entry. The designer hopes to present the theme of “light bulb” through abstraction and symbolization.
