PLEATED

For "PLEATED," I began by collaging a childhood photograph of myself alongside one of my mother in her early twenties. To enhance the sensorial effect, I explored pleating manipulation. Initially, I experimented with a ¼" knife pleat, but for the final fabric execution, I transitioned to a custom pleating board with 1" pleats, allowing the details in the collage to stand out more.
