This work is a portrait of a trans, non-binary friend of mine who was raised Orthodox Jewish community in South Florida. I am currently creating their Ketubah, or Jewish wedding contract, for their upcoming wedding to their partner Nick. It will be the first Ketubah to use non-binary pronouns that we know of.
