Part of the series Vanishing Point.Documentation from original performance back in 2018. Will be newly performed as a new work for Grad Ex 109. Performance length will be 20 mins.

“I am submerged in a tank filled with charcoal and water for twenty minutes. It is a liminal space where I’m suspended in the water, like the charcoal. Because of the density and opacity of the charcoal suspension, viewers only catch glimpses of my body in the confined space of the tank. For me, it is a place of healing that is not without visual disorientation and struggle.”
