Mirrored, Interactive Live Video Feed involving colour manipulation, distortion and movement, 2023

“Through this work, I seek to explore the relationship between technology and self-reflection through my interactive mirror code created using p5.js. The code uses p5.js to create a real-time mirror effect that allows viewers to see their reflections on a screen, with added interactive elements such as distortion, colour manipulation, and movement. The mirror is no longer a passive reflection, but an active and playful space for self-exploration and experimentation.*This piece requires a camera to project the coded shaders onto a live video feed.”
