''Gender is not defined''

Modern women have more opportunities to develop themselves than ever before, but we can neither copy men nor follow the experience of mothers and grandmothers. What kind of woman to be, we lack a model. Many women are still limited to various rules - they always work hard silently, worrying that they are not smart enough, beautiful, virtuous and independent; on many occasions, they use listening instead of saying, intentionally or unintentionally hiding their ideas; even if they have enough ability, they rarely challenge anything.
