Microscope Slide, Removed Blister, Malachite Green Cell Stain, Compound Microscope
This is a slide I prepared myself in our Life Studies lab. Unfortunately, despite my best efforts, I was unable to make a perfectly prepared and flattened slide; therefore, some of these images are not entirely in focus, as the compound microscope has a difficult time with 3-dimensional objects.

“Dead skin is an excellent source of readily available human cells for easy observation.”
