Ties and Attire

For this collection of images I wanted to explore my close family’s clothing items. I gave each family a prompt to give me a favourite clothing item of theirs or to grab me something they wear often. The use of their clothes is important as it is their own expression of themselves, they have a special connection and bond to the items although it may be different from the item I typically associate with them for some family members it was an interesting prompt to see which item each person chose. On top of each image I wrote nicknames that the family associates with each member. This furthers the tie and connection to me and them which allows a unity and interaction with each item.
