“I had an assignment to make an artwork that gets its meaning from multiple casts. After making plenty of strawberries, I was faced with the idea of abundance of wealth, how the top 1% thrives off the backs of the working class, and the idea that if you keep eating (taking advantage) of what you stand on, eventually you’ll run out.”
