“Throughout the design process, I focused on creating a user-friendly experience that simplifies the event board and appointment booking system while maintaining the integrity of the original platform. By leveraging the power of Figma, I was able to create an interactive prototype that showcases the flow and functionality of the system, giving stakeholders a clear idea of what to expect.The result is a system that streamlines the event and appointment booking process, making it easy for students and staff to find and book appointments with the center's tutors and advisors. With a clean, modern design and intuitive navigation, the prototype is designed to enhance the user experience and improve engagement with the Writing and Learning Center.I believe that this redesign will provide tangible benefits to the OCAD U community, improving the quality of academic support services and increasing student success rates.
