WANTED

This series of Wanted posters seeks to help the community learn to identify both native and invasive tree species in Toronto, encouraging discussions of ecological stewardship, and prompting the community to become more involved in protecting its precious green spaces. What does it actually mean to acknowledge the land? Learning to respect, love, and protect the diminishing biodiversity around us is essential to this, and getting to know its species is the first step. These posters were created in collaboration with Eric Davies, PhD candidate in Forestry at the University of Toronto, whose willingness to share knowledge through nature walks and enthusiasm have been instrumental to this project.
