For this illustrative piece, I used music and choreography to inspire the theme and storytelling concept. The narrative portrays two people who are emotionally attached to one another, but otherwise cannot be together. This is expressed through surrealistic depiction of their exposed hearts, strung together, while wearing blindfolds, to demonstrate that they could be blindly in love, but also unable to see each other. Similar to reading music, from left to right, the female figure attempts to leave but is held back by the male figure, the two proceed to dance, and ideally, this sequence repeats. Additionally, the depiction of choreography expresses this fantasy relationship and bittersweet dance, that is prolonged due to their distorted views of one other.
