To feel the subtle bumps beneath my skin is to trace the living map of breath and blood, to sense the quiet pulse of the world moving through me. In this painting, the body becomes both a site and an archive of memory, history, and place. The body is a living surface—one that remembers, records, and connects. It is how we come to know both ourselves and everything beyond us.
