The Archer, is the bracelet you wear into battle, ready to fight for knowledge and the self. Inspired by the war we wage in thought, with ourselves and those we deem our enemies, I focused in on the persona of the warrior. By investigating the armour of archers from various cultures, I created a bracelet in hand woven metal, and a Kumihimo braid, that through its large size, weight and finishing calls upon associations and histories of armour, protection, and conveys thoughts and feelings of warriors and waging war.
