Pain and nostalgia hold many deep emotions and layers of traumatic and often unhappy memories. These experiences can be translated to scars, cuts, and marks along someone's skin and although they fade these engravings never leave. They serve as a reminder of the hardships we face and of the strength and resilience we build over time.
