AVENRUE

AVENRUE (AVEN+RUE)AVENRUE explores the combination of the literal and figurative idea of an intersection and how we interact within that space. It ties together with concepts in relating to connection, overlapping, intertwine, interchange, crossing, joining, and meeting. It ties back to what one can easily recognize for its literal definition. Any place where at least two or a multiple of streets/roads or things meet. A set of elements common to two or more. An intersection between paths.It can be more than that. It can hold value to an individual even though it is just streets crossing one another. It does not always have to relate back to the busyness of a city. They are located everywhere. For some, it can relate back to where they grew up at the corner of an intersection. For others, it can hold an emotional event or memory. It can be a spot where one would meet up with friends or an indication for direction.It is where we crossed paths with many, everyday. It is a space where there is a high chance of either crossing paths once again or never to meet at all.
