A visual re-interpretation of the game Rochambeau to depict self-depreciation.

“This 2D animation 'YUM' is an abstract narrative of self-deprication. The colourful and playful aesthetics masks the nature of self-depreciation, a behaviour that is conceded to our conscious actions. The theme was derived from the game of Rochambeau. A game that let decisions be a factor of luck. The semiotic connotation of the objects is destructive and in their essence destroys in order to win. Perhaps self-depreciation relies on luck to stop the cycle, but in essence, it is destructive behaviour.Song - Rainbow Badge by Neon 95”
