Detached is an installation performance piece. The body of the work is a lace fabric
reused material from my older artworks. The fabrics are covered with beeswax to remain
transparent and demonstrate skin texture. Densely woven copper wire stitches connect the two
pieces to represent the connections and bonds between two people.
