“Having trained as an illustrator with a Bachelor of Design degree, I rely on compelling visual storytelling to deliver the message. All the elements in my design, from the images, the texts, to the layout, should embody a purpose while contributing to the big picture. With experiences working in marketing, advertising, and graphic design, I believe in the importance of collaboration. To me, the designers’ and the illustrators’ job is not to put a shiny coat of paint onto the idea, but to work closely with the copywriters, directors, and most importantly, the clients, to catapult the intended message from the design into the audience perception and leave an impression in their mind. ”
