“As a multi-disciplinary artist, people, materials, and creativity frame the breadth of joy and hope explored and expressed in my work. My changing collections and publications can be found here -- https://issuu.com/plbk ”
Patty is a cross-disciplinary creator with proven experience in transformational arts practice, including studio, collaborative, and live experiences. Serving within diverse sectors, she uses creativity as her primary medium, employing inspired solutions to creative challenges, while facilitating growth within individuals and communities alike. Kingsley believes creativity and connection transform culture — everywhere — every time, without exception.Whether you meet Patty at a trade show, corporate training, art-infused learning within schools, as a speaker, or in her studio, you will find her engaged in applied creativity. In her varied career as a creator, art director, or the retired Chairperson of the Durham District School Board and the former Canadian administrative director of a national arts charity Patty’s passion for building community through relationships affords her open doors and opportunities to serve with art, in hospitable ways. After all, Kingsley believes art has a job to do, which is why it is called artwork.
