“Significant Insignificance, is a mixed-media body of work building narratives between materials and forms. Within these fables lies an existential desire for establishing a deep-time perspective, for the sake of the Earth and humanity's longevity, and wellbeing.”
Andria Keen (she/her), is completing a BFA in Life Studies at OCADU. Her multi-disciplinary practice engages themes of temporality, cyclicality, and the natural world. Utilizing abstraction, figuration, and narrative themes to engage us in questioning our place in relation to both deep and future Time, as well as ourselves.
