Be it through action or inaction every moment plants a seed and makes an impact.
“Even As The Dust Moves embodies the lengthiness and weightiness of change while holding hope central. Activated physically by the viewer, jute strings of hand-etched, bronze-cast maple keys make playful, sparkling, hopeful sounds that lighten the weightiness of the bronze; marking the impact of effort and Time as they leave traces upon the sand. The monumentality of bronze representing an ephemeral seed highlights the complexity of humanity’s paradoxical relationships with Time. The repetition of seeds speaks to effort and movement in every action, each moment laying roots for future growth. ”
