Maha Faruqi is a Toronto-based digital artist and animator. After a life-long interest in drawing, she studied Drawing & Painting with a specialization in Digital Painting and Expanded Animation at OCAD University in Canada where she graduated with a BFA. Her work is heavily inspired by children’s media and literature, as well as her personal experience as an immigrant in Canada. She works with digital software to create concept art and animations.
