I began my design path at OCAD University, where I majored in graphic design. At school, the relevant classes I took allowed me to be proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud applications such as InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, and utilize design system components such as Figma. Those valuable four years of professional study in design have also given me good UX/UI knowledge, design systems, and product design initiatives across the web and mobile applications.After hours, I am a digital content creator who creates and manages contents, including videos, graphics, posters, and daily articles. I create and execute engaging social media content that aligns to creative briefs, leverages brand assets, is consistent with brand guidelines, and advocates for design solutions by putting the audience in the context of business and user goals. I'm always eager to learn, which motivates me to create content because I believe it's a good way to learn about new technologies and design trends. I am always self-directed and highly organized, and I enjoyed working in a highly iterative, collaborative environment where people worked cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.As a designer with a curious mind, I found that I enjoy designing details, and I like to create something from zero to one. My goal and my passion have always been to be a designer because it always inspired and fulfilled me the most. I’m also curious about human nature and why people behave the way they do. It's because making it gives me a strong sense of accomplishment. One last thing about me is that I like to try and create new things with an aesthetic eye and ensure that my designs are visually compelling and engaging at the same time. As with all the skill sets I have mentioned above, UX design is a natural fit for me, which makes me feel energetic and motivated every morning when I wake up.
