M Lotus

A representational identity form that references the lotus. It has similar elements to the Macanese flag, such as the symmetrical floral form and the curved star arrangement. There are rhythm, layering, and organic qualities. It features the same shade of cool green as the flag and official government logo. Lampposts, signs and road rails also have similar shades of deep green. The simplified form can apply to local official usage, marketing and international relations. M Lotus helps to distinctly identify Macau’s province flower and contrasts with current representational forms. It appears more quiet, mild, and naturalistic.
