Printed Ruminations ||3|| Simulacrum

The android mask hung motionless in her grasp, its once-functioning features exposed and laid bare. With a steadying breath, she lowered the mask onto the workbench and reached for the tools that awaited her. This was the moment she had been planning and dreaming of for months; a moment of transformation that would see her emerge as something unique and wholly her own.Her goal was not simply to rebuild her android body, but to reimagine and redefine it, to create something that would enable her to express herself in ways that had always been out of reach. A simulacrum of her innermost thoughts and feelings made manifest in the physical world.
