'Everything I Wish I Had Known About Print' Zine

Publication
2024
Two Colour Riso Print on 70lb Text Husky Offset Paper
2.75x4.25" folded, 11x17" unfolded Poster
This joyful project intended to summarize all the valuable lessons I had learned from mistakes I made when it came to working with print. By working in the colourful and inherently imperfect medium of Riso printing, the publication is made sincerely un-pretentious and visually approachable, featuring lighthearted quips, advice, and illustrated diagrams. The small format unfolds into four-page spreads of illustrations, graphics, and key terms that a designer would need to approach the world of print.Printed in Florescent Pink and Medium Blue inks as a single duplexed 11x17" sheet, the 16 panel zine unfurls into a colourful poster that utilizes overprinting, knockouts, registration, and many other fundamental print skills.Initially printed as a 50 copy print run to be sold at the GradEx GRPH and ILLU Shop.
