The Symbiotic Relationship Between Pests & People

Urban pests; animal species who seem to thrive in lieu of habitat destruction in man-made environments to the point where they are considered a nuisance. This piece was inspired by the presence of these animals, depicting the many ways in which they can benefit from our interference and use it to our destruction. In visualizing these animals on the back of a human, showing how we are not immune to these kinds of biological relationships.
