The establishment of a virtual exhibition as a way of bringing awareness to the person behind the illness allowed the opportunity to showcase artwork created by an individual through cognitive decline from Alzheimer's disease. Including photographs of the individual as part of the artist bio allows us to 'see' the person and not just the illness.
