ProCATstination

Join Rhea as she struggles to finish her project for school whilst a physical manifestation of her procrastination gets in her way and instead wants her to have fun rather than to do something as boring as "work".

“"ProCATstination" is a short 2D Lo-Fi animated film that revolves around a young girl named Rhea who struggles with her procrastination habit. The main theme that is explored throughout the film is the effects of procrastination in our daily lives and the struggle to overcome it. The title "ProCATstination" is a wordplay between the words “procrastination” and “cat” that is visually represented by the blob manifestation which can take many forms of procrastination, ultimately turning into a cat as a last resort to further distract Rhea but fails to succeed. This is also to further convey the moral of the story that overcoming procrastination begins with one's will and determination to change. "ProCATstination" is a work that uses simplistic cartoony animation representing one’s life in their own home and aims to inspire many who struggle with procrastination to learn to overcome it and pursue their passion. ”
