“Serpent Queen”, 2024. 20” x 24”, oil paint and oil pastel on canvas. Serpent Queen examines the tension between the perceived value of a woman’s body and her mind, reflecting on societal regulations imposed on the feminine form and the inner yearning for liberation from these constraints.
