Symmetrical composition, patterns and M Lotus remain in this red pocket series. These are given out during special occasions and holidays like Lunar New Year. Macau celebrates Western and Eastern holidays; Lunar New Year being one of them; Individuals and streets would be dressed in red and gold to fill the air with welcoming festivity. Other than the popular red and yellow combination, the Lotus Pocket series also features a range of colours inspired by Portuguese architecture and Macanese Patacas bills.
