A visual poetry book where the words design pictures and chaos creates purpose.

“This visual poetry book offers a journey of self-discovery through deeply personal themes explored by Di Nizio. The typography intentionally mimics the struggles of reading faced by those with learning difficulties, inviting readers to step into the Di Nizio’s shoes and experience the world through her eyes. With a seamless blend of words and imagery, this book transcends traditional literary boundaries and offers a unique sensory experience.The author utilized a coding-based approach to create the designs in this book, layering static lines with various controls to generate a deliberate sense of disorder and misalignment. While the lines of code may suggest order and structure, the resulting designs instead embody a beautiful chaos that is further accentuated by their dynamic and animated nature, offering endless possibilities for layout. This design process is poetic in itself, as words can design pictures and chaos can create purpose. The intent is to be both visually captivating and thought-provoking.The book's title, "Can You Read Me," carries a deeper significance beyond its surface meaning.
