A robot dog encounters an owner who lost her pet and tries to become her new family. This animation describes the entire process how two characters become a new family, portraying the owner's mental health and emotional changes.

“Together is a 2D frame-by-frame digital animation telling a story of spiritual growth to accept sorrow and depression caused by pet loss, becoming a new family with a robotic dog meaning a change of life. Reflecting on my personal experience of pet loss, the unnamed protagonist encounters that life continuously changes the world regardless of the situation that she has faced. Life constantly pushes us to new circumstances, and we live an unpredictable journey somehow. The robotic dog might be an uninvited guest to the main character, but at the same time, it indicates an inevitable change to grow and move forward in life. With a gradual change of color tones, the film describes the emotional change of the protagonist. Additionally, a visual expression of mental health is explored in this film with the main character’s morphed body. This film has been produced with a promise to continue my journey with light as a salutation for those who have similar experiences.”
