Tangled Roots (Link: Mom)

I see this link as the most vulnerable piece to the collection. I've had such a complicated relationship with my mother -from a time full of lots of anger and negativity until we grew together and learned to respect and care for one another.I was (and still am) constantly finding myself in my mother - our mannerisms, our reactions, the way I look.The mirror is there to show how I am a reflection of her - the crack represents how in the past, I've tried so hard to stray from becoming her.
