I’ve spent lots of time analyzing learning trends and designing learning content, and have come to the conclusion that there is a problem: The lifestyle of a learner doesn’t match traditional learning structures. So what’s the solution? I’ve seen the type of content that is being pushed out to corporate employees, and I can’t say it’s engaging. This provides us with an insight into human truth: Adult learners crave convenience and effectiveness but are overwhelmed by monotonous, outdated methods of instruction. They want to feel empowered by learning that fits their fast-paced lives and aligns with the way they naturally consume content—quickly, dynamically, and visually. The solution lies in embracing their reality: combining the timeless reliability of traditional methods with the vibrancy of AI-powered, trend-inspired multimedia to create learning that is impactful, engaging, and intuitive. So: My solution is a new, modern learning method that combines multiple styles of learning in order to create the most engaging form of content that reflects social media trends and AI combined with traditional learning methods. This new way of presenting information introduces the concept of micro-visual learning- using short, eye-catching clips and snippets of information in order to gain maximum engagement from the viewer. This will fit into the way individuals are already consuming content in this fast-paced, digital age.All that being said, I’d like to introduce you to Tidbitz. Tidbits is a learning platform that provides engaging learning experiences for both professional and personal development. You can choose from a catalogue of learning activity, or, if you’re a business or corporation looking for learning opportunities for your employees, you can partner with our design team to create learning content that suits your unique needs.
