Love Hunter

Using fabric, sewing thread, and acrylic paint, I depict the body in a vulnerable form, a twisted shape, reaching out. I intend to speak to a softer side of people, one that feels alone and desperate, one that sees themselves in the folds of a sheet.

“The feeling of contortion, followed by reaching fingers. We adapt and we mold ourselves to the world, we live in constant battle with ourselves. This work captures the emotional war between living authentically and becoming palatable beings. I wish to provide solace to those who live silently.”
