By providing a different creative function to the original building's and making a connection with the industrial nature of its past use. By remodeling it using different materials, the ‘old’ and the ‘new’ will be integrated. It will become a multi-functional common studio/living center offering collective living and workshops to promote collaboration and support craftsmanship.
