The "Spectrum of Emotions" is the concept that emotions are not singular but consist of a variety of intensities and nuances. While emotions can be categorized as positive, negative, or neutral, each emotion varies depending on its intensity and the situation. For example, sadness can range from mild sorrow to deep despair, and joy can manifest in many different forms. Emotions can also be interconnected or overlap; for instance, happiness and anxiety can coexist. This concept helps to understand the complexity of emotions and can be used to visually express or analyze them.
