'Unfolding Tapestry of Ecosystem Colours in Spring (1), 10" x 80" Acrylic Mixed-Media on Canvas, Lisa Skelding 2025. In this series I use mixed-media layers to connect seasonal climate disruption with personal experience. Drawing on deer imagery and branching forms, the work reflects how environmental crises impact both ecosystems and the autonomic nervous system, evoking themes of trauma, resilience, and renewal.
