Transitional Housing on Jarvis

Creating a transitional housing that attempts to preserve the natural building and allows people who reside in this space with security and privacy. A design that encourages better spirit, helps support the individual finances, and safety. The space would acknowledge everyone needs and attempt to cater to each concern by design. The building has community centre aspects (fitness space, library, and healthcare areas) which is meant to give the residents resources that are easily available. Each floor has a lounge and kitchen situated in a shared area. The rooms have their own bathrooms and storage space which allows them to be comfortable and gives them privacy.
