This link dictates the "simple" relationship I shared with my paternal grandfather. I only had the pleasure of knowing him for a few years in my early childhood which resulted in this limited and diffracted sense of who he was and what he meant to me. I remember very little of him, but in the few specifics that I do remember (sharing morning cereal, his strong love for his multiple dogs, and going out of his way to get me sweets) , in those moments shared - he taught me a lot of positive values and moral ethics that shaped the person I became, and are becoming.
